Mail Orders

If you still do not feel comfortable submitting your credit card payment via our default online ordering system and prefer to submit offline orders, you may submit your order via postal mail. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Browse our product catalog and add products to the shopping cart.

  2. When you are ready, proceed to the checkout.

  3. Fill out the shipping form and print out the page. Then click "Continue".

  4. Fill out the credit card payment form and print out the page. Do not proceed further in the online checkout process. (Note: Please provide a valid email address if you would like to receive order & shipping confirmations)

  5. Please see the Accepted Payment Methods section for details if you would like to pay by money order/cashier's check/check (payable to: PrintMicro.com) instead of credit card.

  6. Review and make sure the product, shipping, and payment information is correct and complete.

  7. Mail the (1) shipping form (2) credit card payment form OR money order/check to:

  3. Fill out the shipping form and print out the page. Then click "Continue".

  4. Fill out the credit card payment form and print out the page. Do not proceed further in the online checkout process. (Note: Please provide a valid email address if you would like to receive order & shipping confirmations)

2. International Wire Transfer ($400 and above)

  • All international orders will be shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS) Air Mail F.O.B. our California warehouse (USA). Please allow usually 7-20 business days for USPS international delivery depending on your ship-to country location.

  • USPS do not provide tracking feature for all international air mail package service.

  • Your order may be subject to custom, import duty, and other local taxes required once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

  • Please also be aware that sometimes foreign custom office may hold your package for further customs inspection and can extend the time of your order delivery significantly.

  • Orders Over $400:  We only accept International Wire Transfer payment for all international orders over $400. Payment must be received within eight business days before the order is shipped out, or the order will be automatically cancelled.

  • Large orders will only be shipped once the payment is received and verified. PrintMicro.com should not be held responsible for any carrier package/order loss unless additional shipping insurance is requested and paid by the customer.

  • Additional extended area surcharge not calculated at check-out time may be apply to some hard-to-reach region. Our customer support representative will contact you via email should this arise.

Military Orders

To all customers in the US armed forces:  We now proudly accept US military orders with AE, AP, APO, or FPO shipping address.

  1. All US military orders will be shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS) mail F.O.B. our California warehouse (USA). Please allow extra time for USPS order delivery due to remote location.
  2. Since these stationed military addresses may be located in remote foreign countries, your order may be subject to custom, import duty, and other local taxes required by that country. 
  3. Please Note:   Customer is entirely responsible for any import customs, duties, and local taxes applied by foreign countries. Please research the local country tax regulations carefully before placing orders with us.
  4. Please also be aware that sometimes foreign custom office may hold your package for further custom inspection and can extend the time of your order delivery.

III. Shipping & Handling

Shipping Rates & Policies

** Special Offer **:   Now, Shipping and handling (S&H) is FREE for all US orders with product purchase of over $49 (not including tax and other fees) for a limited time. All orders received and confirmed before this offer ends will receive the FREE shipping rate.

  1. For all other orders, we charge a low flat-rate standard shipping and handling fee of $4.95 to anywhere in the United States.

  2. Standard Shipping: Most of the US orders will be shipped via our fast 3-day United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Large orders may be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground depending on the size and the weight.

  3. Guaranteed 1-3 Days Express Shipping option is available with additional shipping fee. Please add your specific shipping requirement into the "Comment" section when you check out. Our customer support department will contact you via email for additional fee amount.

  4. Credit card orders are usually shipped the next business day from the time the order is received if the payment is approved. The credit card payment is subject to approval by the payment processor.

  5. Email notification will be sent to your email address immediately when the packages are shipped.

  6. Generally, packages shipped should arrive between 3-7 business days depending on the delivery distance. See Delivery Estimate section for more information. Please be aware that the carrier (USPS or UPS) is ultimately responsible for the delivery time and service once the packages leave our California warehouse. 

  7. We will ship all items in one order together unless otherwise advised by the customer in the "Comment" section. If some items have to be backordered, we will notify the customer as soon as possible via email.

International Customers: Please click the links to see the shipping & handling rate for international (non-US) orders.

We will try the best we can to provide the fastest, most economic, and most reliable shipping service to our loyal customers. Even though some unforeseeable external factors (i.e. mail inspection, carrier delay, weather, etc.) outside our control may delay your package delivery, please contact our customer support department if you received the shipping confirmation email but have not received the package in two weeks.

    • We accept formal Purchase Orders issued by government, educational institutes, non-profit organization, or other agencies offline (Mail Orders).

International Orders
  • Credit Card (for orders less than $400)
    • We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery credit cards both online (Web Orders) and offline (Fax Orders / Mail Orders).

  • International Wire Transfer
    • We accept international wire transfer both online (Web Orders) and offline (Fax Orders / Mail Orders) for all orders over $400.
    • We will email the following information to the customer for wire transfer once the order is received:
      • Business Name
      • Bank Account Number
      • ABA Routing Number
      • Swift Code
    • Strongly recommended as the payment method for large international orders. Wire transfer must be received by PrintMicro.com within 8 days from the order day or the order may be automatically cancelled.

Sales Tax

We are a registered California business. We are required by law to collect 8.25% California sales tax from the buyers for the orders that are originated from our sales networks with the shipping address in California .

V. Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

All products sold by PrintMicro.com are covered under our 60-day returns & exchange guarantee. All returns covered under this policy are subject to the following:

 

A. General Policies:

  • Minimum Return Requirements: 

    • We allow one set of products in each order to be opened for trial by customers.

    • All return or exchange request must be submitted no later than 60-days from the order shipping date in the shipping confirmation email 

    • The returned products MUST remain unopened and undamaged in the original packaging with all the accessories and manuals. We will not accept the returns if they do not meet these minimum requirements.

  • 15% Restocking Fee Will be Charged to the Customer if:

    • The returned products do not meet the minimum return requirements.

    • The returns are due to the wrong products being ordered by the customer.

    • The returns are due to the order cancellation by the customer after the order being shipped out.

    • The return package do not have RMA number attached.

    • Our order shipment is refused by the customer.

  • Shipping & Handling Fees:

    • Customers are responsible for pre-paying the shipping charge for the returns. We cannot accept any returns with postage unpaid.

    • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any cases.

  • Processing Time:

    • Exchange usually will be processed within one week from the date when the return package is received.

  • Product Exchange/Replacement/Refund:

    • Customer may exchange the products or request full order refund within 60-days subject to the above general rules for any defective products. No restocking fee applies. Please see our product warranties for more information about our commitment.

    • Products may be exchanged within 60-days if you ordered the wrong products or simply would like to exchange the products for any reason. 15% restocking fee may apply.

    • If PrintMicro.com shipped the wrong products to you, we will replace the products for you FREE of charge once you return the original shipment to us. No restocking fee applies.

B. Return/exchange Procedures:

  1. Inspect the products you would like to return against the minimum return condition stated above. Do not include the products that don't meet the requirement in the return package.

  2. Package the products with the original packaging, accessories, manuals you would like to return securely in one packaging box (please do not include the used products in the package).

  3. Attach or write the original order number clearly on the packaging box.

  4. Ship the return package via United States Postal Service (USPS) mail or parcel to:

  5. After we receive the package, the applicable order refund amount will be credited back to customer's credit card within the next billing cycle or, if requested, the replacement products usually will be shipped out to your ship-to address on-file with the order shortly within one week.
